Pharmaceutical Warehouse Construction

The project involved creating a new headquarters for a pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical warehouse near Pistoia, operating both nationally and within the EU. 

The new headquarters includes an 800 sqm warehouse with attached executive offices. 

The project transformed a former mechanical workshop to suit the new business's needs through layout modifications, new flooring, and complete replacement of all windows and doors. 

The entire warehouse is climate-controlled to meet pharmaceutical storage requirements. 

The studio managed the architectural design and construction management, as well as coordinating the engineering designs. 

With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, the studio also handled the application for ASL health authorization for the storage and management of pharmaceuticals, assisting the client during pre-inspection visits by ASL technicians and officials.
